DeliRadio (DeliRadio.com) is a new Pandora-like streaming radio service, dedicated to playing music by artists who are performing near each listener, within an adjustable time frame such as “this week” or “tonight.” Users can easily create and enjoy, free of charge, stations such as “Rock bands playing near me within two weeks.”
The world’s largest retailer on Tuesday started streaming many movies the same day they come out on DVD, in a second bid for a share of popular movie rental and streaming website Netflix Inc.’s business and just two weeks after Netflix announced new price increases.
It takes me months to contemplate a move; the one that follows I’ve been tossing around since August. It was firmed up just a couple weeks back after compiling some quotes I’ve made here since 2000.
